Data Retention Policy

Tekkers Inc. ("Tekkers") retains children's personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. This policy describes what data we keep, for how long, and how it is deleted.

How to Delete Your Child's Data

You can request deletion at any time through:

In the app: Settings → Consent Management → Delete Data
By email: Send a request to privacy@tekkers.io

After you request deletion:

We ask you to confirm (to prevent accidental deletion)
There is a 7-day waiting period where you can cancel
After 7 days, all performance data is permanently deleted
You receive an email confirming deletion is complete

What gets deleted: All analyses, coaching feedback, skill ratings, milestones, and any remaining uploaded video.

What is preserved: Consent records and audit logs — these are required by law and do not contain performance data.

We Don't Collect More Than We Need

Video is only used to extract movement metrics — it's deleted after 7 days
Only first name is required — last name is optional
We don't collect school info, home address, phone numbers, or photos
We don't use facial recognition
We never sell your child's data
